Reporting a compliance case

For our company, compliance, i.e. the observance of legal requirements by our managers and employees, is of central importance as the basis for reliability and the success of our business activities. Acting lawfully and responsibly secures the trust of our customers and business partners.

If you suspect violations or comparable misconduct, you can place a report with our ombudsman verbally or in writing. The ombudsman heads our internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act/ Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz:

Your report will be treated as confidential. Open, honest and complete communication with the ombudsman is a prerequisite for the protection of the whistleblower in accordance with the requirements of the German HinSchG of 31.05.2023 and the European Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937/EU.
